Playing With Shakespeare

Back by popular demand! This acting class brings together a love of language, magic, mood, intrigue and, of course, some of the most beautiful theatre ever written! All in a frothy concoction that's just As You Like It. No previous experience required. Taught by the founder of New York City's Shakespeare Stage Company. Returning students always more than welcome!

Professional Actors Class

July 9 - August 27, 2026 (8 weeks)
Thursdays 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM / $160
Maximum 10 students------Ages 18-Adult


An ongoing in-depth class for actors who want to master their craft while preparing themselves for auditions and work. Students work on scenes, monologues, auditions, and storytelling, with a teacher who brings decades of experience in the professional world of New York and Hollywood.
Phone conversation with the instructor required for new students. Returning students encouraged.


All classes are at Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego.


Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given up until 3 weeks before a class begins minus a $10.00 administrative fee. From 3 weeks to the first day a 75% refund will be given. No refunds given after the 1st day.
