YOUNG ACTORS TV/FILM STUDIO

Ages 8 -12, 1:30 – 3:00pm
Ages 13 -18, 3:00 – 4:30pm

Acting for kids and teens focuses on realistic acting! This workshop is designed to challenge young actors who want to perfect their TV/Film skills while having fun! Learn how to be more successful, stand out at an audition, gain more confidence, book a role, and become a better communicator. Actors will polish their cold reading, performance, and audition skills while training on-camera using material from TV, film, and commercials. In addition, improvisations with action, comedy and dramatic exercises will help improve an actor’s imagination and emotional range. Parents are invited to attend the last class in action!

Instructor Sandra Peabody is an Emmy-award winning writer/producer/director and manages talent for film, television, and commercial work in the Northwest and Los Angeles.

Class is limited to 8 students

All classes are at Lakewood Center for the Arts, 368 S. State Street in Lake Oswego.


Refund Policy: Full refunds will be given up until 3 weeks before a class begins minus a $10.00 administrative fee. From 3 weeks to the first day a 75% refund will be given. No refunds given after the 1st day.
