This time it's Agatha Christie, because, well, what actor wouldn't want to sink their teeth into a murder mystery? With detectives, dead bodies and divas everywhere, what's a poor suspect to do? But is there more to this great writer than meets the eye? Hmm. Sounds like a mystery, which is just the thing for a cold, rainy winter night. Join us as we become acting detectives and look for clues in the writing of Agatha Christie.

PREPARTORY BALLET CLASSES
PreBallet l
Mondays, January 6 - March 17, 2025 (9 weeks)
NO CLASSES: 1/20 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Day), 2/17 (Presidents' Day)
3:30-4:15 PM ----- Ages 4 - 5 ----- Tuition: $125
This is a fun, creative introduction to basic ballet movement. Emphasis is on coordination, rhythm, music, and mime using props, rhymes, stories and imagination. Your child will be galloping on a pony, leaping over puddles, and learning movements to accompany their favorite preschool songs! Students will learn basic ballet skills and terminology in a supportive and encouraging environment.
This class transitions from the creative movement aspect of PreBallet l to an emphasis on the fundamentals of ballet. Basic ballet skills, terminology, rhythm, and coordination are taught, practiced, and developed through music and use of props in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Prerequisite Skills: PreBallet ll students must be able to skip and be willing to participate independently without parent.
BEGINNER BALLET CLASSES

This class is for the novice as well as a transition from PreBallet to a more formal ballet class. The fundamentals of ballet and barre work are introduced as well as an emphasis on ballet class etiquette. Focus is on posture, stretching for flexibility, muscle strength, technique and musicality in a disciplined yet encouraging environment.
Prerequisite Skills: One year of Pre-Ballet or formal ballet experience required
Level II and Level III Ballet has been combined into one class on Tuesdays at 4:30 - 5:30 pm.
Level ll and III (Prerequisite: Level l)
Wednesdays, January 8 - March 19, 2025 (11 weeks)
4:30-5:30 PM ---- Ages 7 + --- Tuition: $165
This class is a continuation of the beginner level. Students will continue to build upon the knowledge and skills they developed in level l. Focus will continue on posture, stretching and flexibility, technique, and musicality. To enroll in this level, students must have completed one full year of Level l or be given permission from instructor after attending a placement class.
Prerequisite skill: stand and work comfortably from fifth position feet and have completed 1 full year of Level l or the equivalent previous training and approval by instructor after placement class.
Beginning Tap is a fun and creative introduction to tap dance. Students will focus on coordination and rhythm in an upbeat and encouraging environment. Your child will be introduced to basic tap vocabulary and learn steps to some of their favorite music.
Tap I
Wednesdays, January 8 - March 19, 2025

This class is for dancers ages 13 to 18 seeking basic technique outside of their regular musical theater rehearsals. This is a choreography-based curriculum using classic and contemporary music from Broadway musicals. Attire: Any appropriate dancewear or active wear. Hair should be pulled back. Jazz shoes required.
